During Teamwork workshops, Alliance trainers use fun and engaging hands-on learning exercises to help the team address vital issues. This workshop is absolutely about where the team is currently as individuals and as a group and where they need / want to be as a team (its NOT about digging up bad stuff from the past and re-hashing it).
Our trainers' approach to evolving teams begins with asking "What can the individual do right now at this very moment to bring about positive change." We promote taking personal responsibility and immediate personal and responsible action.
In order to drive our point home, workshop participants can anticipate that these workshops will utilize:
1. hands-on group problem solving
2. brainstorming
3. communication
4. teamwork events
Individualized training is the name of our game so Alliance trainers will be working with you beforehand to discover the needs of the team. Using the information gathered, the employees' teamwork exercises are tailor-made to suit the team's issues.
There are several courses to choose from when developing your employee group's teamwork. In addition to a traditional classroom setting, The Alliance has recently developed several new and innovative teamwork activities. Some of those activities include but are not limited to Scavenger Hunts. Geocaching Scavenger Hunts, the TRU House, etc.
