The Alliance offers Safety, Health and Environmental training customized to the needs and policies of the client as well as general open enrollment courses designed to meet the requirements of the regulatory standard and of the host employer.
Health and Safety of the workforce is an often overlooked portion of employee training and participation. As an adult learner, employee buy-in to the Employer’s safety and health program can save time and money by reducing employee injuries, accidents and material damage. A trained employee can recognize and act to prevent hazards before they injure the employee or a coworker.
A thorough understanding of environmental health and safety regulations is vital for the health of your company. Lost work days, interruptions to the production process, fines or lawsuits could be a major blow to the company's bottom line.
Where possible, our courses offer hands-on techniques and problem solving for the operator. Anyone can offer the standard “Powerpoint” training lecture. The Alliance has always focused on the ability to put employees into the equipment and situations that they face in their workplace. We have a specially built trailer carrying equipment and material for "real world" simulations allowing us to travel to your facility for on-site training customized to your specifications, procedures and the law.
Education is the key. Know the rules and how to work within them. The Alliance provides complete environmental health and safety training, including that required by OSHA, EPA and the DOT. The Alliance (Through Crowder College) is a member of the Community College Consortium for Health and Safety Training.
